Book Review - The latest read.
Just thought I'd let you know - If you didn't know already - that Twilight is supposed to be an AWESOME book.
Anyhow I've recently finished reading the Lemony Snicket series, A series of Unfortunate Events!
I personally loved the series, it was amazing in every single way. I couldn't put it down, I was reading at every opportunity I had. It's about three extremely smart children, Klaus, who is twelve, Sunny who is an Infant, and Violet (My favourite character) who is 16. When their parents mansion burned down to ashes, their mother and father went down with it. From this point forward, The Baudelaire (That is their last name) children were sent on an adventure of a lifetime. Risking their lives, and trying to escape the crutches of evil Count Olaf (The bad guy.) They went from a Reptile House to a Carnival to a Island in the middle of nowhere.
A MUST ABSOLUTELY read. 10/10
Final Word(s): I am so glad I read this series, if I hadn't my life would be incomplete.

The Second Summer of the Sisterhood
When Tibby makes a embarrassing film about her mom, things start to change. And when Lena's bapi dies everything goes wrong. What can Carmen do about her mom going on dates every evening and wearing her clothes? And how about Bee's mom, when she goes from knowing nothing to knowing pretty much everything!?
Can the girls sort out their problems on their own, or will they have to use the pants to help them?
The Second Summer of the Sisterhood was a really good book. Although it was hard to keep up with each of the girls. I would rate it 3/5. And 11 up.

Scarlett - By Cathy Cassidy
Scarlett is a girl with a very short temper. And after her parents split up her dad goes off with Clare and move to Ireland with daughter, Holly, Scarlett's dreams are ruined, and she gets through five schools in two years and gets he tongue pierced, and dies her hair ketchup red. Her mother starts to worry, and by the end of the day, she decides Scarlett has to go and live with her Dad, in Ireland. This - Scarlett thinks - was a big mistake. When she arrives in Ireland and sees her dad in the ancient car she decides this is going to be the worst time of her life. When little Holly starts sticking up to her, and tries to be her friend, Scarlett is just plain mean.
When she gets to the little cottage that Her Dad lives at and sees Clare for the first time she realizes Clare is pregnant. She knows she is going to hate it. When she starts school, she finds she is no longer in Secondary school, but back in Primary. With only two other children her age. She bunks of school hoping to find the airport and get home. Even though she is wearing bunky sandals which hurt her feet, she doesn't even know how far the airport is. Let alone how to get there. As she is walking she meets a boy on a horse called Kian, they become best friends and Scarlett becomes a different person, and her Irish family decide that she is going to be home schooled. When one day her stepsister, Holly wants her nose pierced, Scarlett tries to warn her it hurts but Holly insists. She pirces and Holly moved and Scarlett acciedenly pierces her lip. Nobody can trust her anymore can they? When Dad and Holly go out for the day to sell soap, Scarlett is left with Clare. While Clare is sewing a blanket for the baby Scarlett wants some of her clothes to be involved in the blanket, and Clare shows her some clothes from when she was very little that her Dad had kept. In the loft, as they are leaving the loft with three pretty little dresses, Clare slips and falls down the stairs, when Clare starts to have the baby, what is Scarlett going to do?
A edge of your seat story, brilliant, one of my favourites. A must read.
Thankyou.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal skull.
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal skull.
I went to see this movie's premiere. I thought it best of the four, as I have seen all of them, and found it very exciting and I kept standing up in the Cinema, or covering my ears. We had to run to the film and the shoes I was wearing were too big, so I had to take them off and run down San Fransisco! Then through the Westfield, and I didn't ever stop to look at the shops. It was about nine in the morning, and I had my best dress on! The whole way I was really worried that we wouldn't make it. But we got there just in time, and I was so relieved. The movie was very unique!
I think the characters played very well, and the party was fantastic.
And would like to get it on DVD. It was (Personally) AMAZING! And I loved every bit of it.
Thankyou for reading.
The Penderwicks review:
The Penderwicks!
A summer tale of four sisters, Two rabbits and a very interesting boy.
By Jeanne Birdsall.
I thought this book very exciting, very energetic, but also keeps you on your feet. Extremely funny, amazing overall. Although I would suggest you get another book, and once you pick it up, you can't put it back down. I finished in in a week or so. Luckily, I've got another book to read, called Summer Camp Secrets, and I will hopefully give a review on that as well. I liked the characters. Especially Rosalind. I liked the setting etc. I would recommend this book to all children both Boys and girls from 7 - any age. I loved this book, (Well I do to pretty much all my books) And will keep it forever.
Thankyou for reading.

Horton hears a who:-
Review
I thought it was fantastic, and very well done! It was one of the best movies I have ever seen, It was definitely better than Spiderwick Chronicles even though it was good too, if I could chose to have one of the films it would be Horton hears a who, as it was so moving and the detail was brilliant, I would love to see it again and for the rating, ummm..... Very difficult, 5/5 Because it was so detailed and it was carefully made! LOL!

"Definitely a must see!"
"Would buy on video and would watch again!"
What do you think?
Nailz
Perhaps you wonder how you can grow them longer, keep them from chipping, or whether they would look better painted a dark claret or a blush pink. However, you may not consider all the reasons why you have nails. In fact, fingernails and toenails serve several purposes: to support the tissues of the fingers and toes, to safeguard the fingertips and the tips of the toes from injury, to assist us in picking up small objects, to help us manipulate objects, and, quite simply, for scratching.
Thought they might seem to be the least important, your finger nails attract a lot of attention to oneself. Nails need to be polished well and it is better for you to know what shade you need to apply. Here are a few looks you could use.
Naturally Stylish Daytime Look
Daytime colors should be easy to wear such as soft reds and pinks, gentle beiges and dusky blues. First, file nails into short a square style to create a practical sporty effect. Apply a base coat, allow to dry and then give nails two coats of colored polish. Finish off with a top coat.
The Final Look A practical, natural style based on short, square nails and a soft, easy to wear polish
Vibrant Party Time Look
This is your chance to try out those shades that you might feel afraid of wearing during the day. First, apply a base coat, then two coats of vibrant, fluorescent polish. Add extra shine by using a sparkling silver polish on top of the main color when it is dry. Finish of with the top coat.
The Final Look Fluorescent colors are great for parties as they look so vibrant a coat of of sparkling silver polish adds the finishing touch
Glossy, Glamorous and Sophisticated Look
For a grown-up and glamorous effect, choose deep dark colors that strike a dramatic note, such as this vampish purple. First, file nails into a long oval shape and apply a base coat. Give nails at least two coats of main polish, allowing them to dry thoroughly in between. Finish with a top coat.
The Final Look A dark, dramatic polish gives long nails a touch of glamorous sophistication
French Manicure for the Perfectly Cared For Look
This is the best choice for special occasions when you want your nails to look perfectly cared for, but not over colored. Apply a base coat and when dry, cover the tips of the nails with white polish. Allow to dry and apply a very pale pink or peach polish over the whole nail. When dry apply a top coat
The Final Look A clean, fresh effect that enhances the natural shine and color of the nails.
Nail care Tips
A healthy nail is smooth in texture and has well formed cuticles.
Nails grow faster on a person's dominant hand. They also grow more quickly during pregnancy, and in the summer. The middle finger nail grows fastest, with the growth rate progressively decreasing on the fourth, second, and fifth fingers and finally the thumb. Also, fingernails grow faster than toenails.
Put garlic on your nails and it will make them longer and stronger!
Sorry xx
Sorry I haven't been on for ages but I was moving countries. Is that excuse good enough?
Thanks,
Holly !
